Had the full homecare cover and paid for visit within a certain time scale, they turned up very late and never even paid that part of my subscription back, the engineer was grumpy and left skid marks on my floor. They fitted a new part which failed after about 10 months, I had left by then and the new heating engineer said they had fitted a very cheap part, which he wouldn't have used. They also condemned a boiler of a friend of mine and told him he would need a new boiler, he got a second opinion and the new engineer repaired his boiler and said it was a repair easily made and that the boiler was OK otherwise. What a company, is all I can say.
Bought my euros from AC-FX Ltd, I got the best rate at the time and a much better rate when I exchanged my left over euros back into sterling. Everything was very simple and they do what it says on the can. I will look no further when I need foreign cash again. I can thoroughly recommend them for best rates and service.
Made one or two errors in the order, but put them right immediately. You can speak to a real live person and they are pleased to give helpful advice, this was especially good for me as a first time satnav purchaser. The manager and staff are down to earth and user easy. I will use them again and recomment them .
Purchase a Dale of Norway Peace Jumper for my wife, owner was very helpful and promised delivery next day, also item was at least £20 cheaper than on Dale Websites. Jumper arrived next day and really beautiful, my wife was overjoyed with it. Highly recommended shop/store in the Cumbrian Town of Keswick.
Ordered Jumper but then told out of stock, after several days rang to find out ETA for goods, said will ring back, but didn't. After a few phone calls managed with difficulty to cancel order and get refund into paypal account. Feel that out of stock items should be flagged on online website, much better communication and if say will ring back, should do it and not leave customer to ring again. Made me feel that they were a dodgy company and I should not have had difficulty in cancelling order and getting refund in the circumstances. They have lost one future customer as a result. I did get a refund though.
