Awful Company
I want to rate them no stars but my review won't post unless I have rated them. So 1 star it is.
Everything about them is abhorrent; the poor customer service on the phone and in store, only interested in selling you their expensive stock, not what meets your requirements. I left another optician to join Vision Express because they stock the designer frames I like. I also made the mistake of moving my contact lens requirements to them also. Every time they made me an appointment, they ran over an hour late, I never saw the same optician, notes were never made from previous visits and none of them listen when you answer a question they ask you. They took payment and direct debits but failed to send the lenses out. When they eventually did, they were the wrong prescription. Things were only resolved after I emailed the CEO and told him I wanted my money back, or my lenses. Needless to say I left them anyway and am now with a competent, cheaper chain who value their customers.

Excellent
Fed up of paying absorbitant fees for flea treatments for my pets, I came across VioVet and another online supplier. I decided to go with VioVet because I didn't need a prescription for the particular brand that was recommended to me by my pet groomers. My order was dealt with exceptionally fast i.e. free delivery, payment processed, order despatched and received within a couple of days. I will definitely be a returning customer from now on.

Beautiful bed
I received my order from Bedstar within 24hrs of placing the order. I didn't get the email confirming delivery, but it arrived at lunchtime. Beautiful bed and mattress, easy to assemble and excellent value I.e.top quality huge discounted goods. Already recommended to friends and family.
