I was happy enough with the feedback I received from them. Though my phone is still locked to Softbank Japan (16 gig 4s, which is noted as being supported on their website.) At the end of the waiting period they told me they couldn't unlock it (no reason given) and promptly reimbursed me my money.
Overall a good experience, but in the end they couldn't deliver what was promised. I got my money back so no harm, no foul I suppose. Still didn't unlock my phone..
