A couple of points intended to be helpful - I found it ridiculously hard to find out whether the lights came with a 240v transformer or not. The words transformer and driver seemed to be variously used interchangeably and when I rang to get help it was difficult to get the question across as there was again confusion between transforming 24v to 12v and confusion as to whether the transformer was a discreet component or integrated with the RF receiver; having just about established it was seperate there was then further confusion as to whether it was mains in-line or integrated with a 3 pin plug.
Also it was disappointing that one of the lights did not work and the Co. was not prepared to send out a replacement without receiving the faulty one back [or would have done so if I paid again with a refund then being provided. This would have been OK but as I needed them for the weekend they were not prepared to pay the extra weekend delivery cost - that meant I did not have the lights working for the time required even though the fault was entirely the Co.'s for not checking [and they would have had my money so could have refunded less if I had been proved wrong and the light was OK].
Online booking easy but having gone for cheaper "no change" option did not find it easy to answer the question did "no change" include change of car or only change of date/time of travel.
Very annoying that having got to reception I was told that the key fob attached to my car key ring had to be removed. Although I understood the reason (apparently some people had complained that their tesco club card or whatever had gone missing) I nevertheless wished the fob to be left on as I knew it was tricky to remove. Having been told that I could not sign to confirm that fact time was wasted with queues building up as a frutless attempt was made to remove the key fob with my worrying that the plastic on the remote control could easily get snapped. Eventually sense prevailed and the key fob was left attached - but it was all rather silly.
On return I was told the car had been moved to a new bay which was fair enough but the signs for the new bay were very small and not easy to read at night so more time was unnecessarily wasted trying to locate the car.
Basically quite a good service but aspects are a bit amateurish.
