Whilst I really like the product I bought, having used Powerbeck brands in the past but purchased from a gym, it was the service that let this review down.
I paid for next day delivery, ordered at 1100 on a Tues. I rang Powerbeck on the Weds PM after waiting in all day to try and get a tracking number as it hadn't arrived to be told my item was out of stock and would be in later that day and then posted out. As a compensation I was offered a free shaker.
I then had to ring again on the Friday to be told it had just been dispatched, I asked if it would arrive on Sat and told yes. My order finally turned up on Monday without the offered free shaker.
As stated the product is great, mixes well and tastes nice. My gripe is that I had to chase the order and wait five days when I paid extra for next day and what was offered as compensation was not included. Will I order again, I'm not sure...
