I have used Snapfish in the past to make photo books and prints and appreciated the ease of use of the website for designing and uploading photos. But I recently tried to use a coupon for a calendar and a free print offer and was appalled by the way they cheated and tricked me. When ordering, I typed in the coupon code and selected to have the calendar and prints delivered to a store because it was much cheaper ($12 shipping and handling without in-store pickup). The order form didn't show the money off for the calendar so I contacted customer support (which was horrid- terrible service and very poor communication skills). They told me the coupon couldn't be used for in store pick up which basically means that you really aren't getting any money off- just free shipping. I was angry but decided to go ahead with my order. The screen showed a $52 total with the free 50 prints taken off the total. When I clicked the buy now button the next screen showed the order total at $62. Another chat with customer service- no free prints if picked up in the store. AARGH! There was nowhere that I could find on the website info about the free prints that indicated this little glitch. Furious with them for cheating me and will not be using their website again. Sorry Snapfish, you lose!
