Medic Animal is ONE name of at least 5 other companies all operating from the SAME address - so if you're not happy with them - which I'm not - it's almost impossible to find an alternative source within the UK (one website sends every individual item in an individual packet from Guernsey!)
Medic Animal's online chat advice and many telephone queries give out incorrect information and the delivery of items from them discriminates against people who aren't able to sign for packages - even if you instruct them to instruct the recorded delivery company to NOT request a signed receipt!
Ordering Prescription only medication for animals is a nightmare and when I proved conclusively that one of their employees had made a gross error over the vital tablets needed for my cat to survive (by confusing it with another cat, despite their names being clearly written on the prescriptions) - I asked MA for an apology. Three months on and I still haven't received it.
They used to support animal Charities with a small discount for registered volunteers and a named contact to deal with all your orders and queries. In 2012 - 2013 no-one seems to know what they're doing and there's no longer any 'personalised' support or discount.
Unfortunately, despite searching the Internet, I haven't yet found another comparable company (within mainland Britain) that have the range of animal treatments, so Medic Animal have got you over a barrel!

If you need to transfer old family slides onto a CD disc, you can't go wrong with this company. I searched the Internet extensively until I found them and felt confident that they could do what I was requesting.
They were briliiant to deal with, returned the slides on the disc with clarity and excellent quality, as well as a quick delivery return. My old slides were packed securely and safely and I've nothing but praise for this company!

I am extremely sorry to hear that you have had so much cause for frustration with MedicAnimal, as it would never be our intention to cause you any sort of inconvenience. I am not sure why you were never given an apology for the error made by one of our advisors, but I would like to offer my sincere apologies to you now.
We do indeed share our warehouse with a number of other companies, with all the stock being collectively shared between us. However, we do not have any warehouses in Guernsey; the warehouse is currently in Northwest London, as shown on the MedicAnimal website.
In regards to the signing of parcels: unfortunately, this is left to the prerogative of the delivery company (Royal Mail, in this case). We are able to tell them that a parcel can be delivered without a signature, and have done so in the past. We then place in trust them to follow those instructions, and it seems they weren't followed in your case. I do apologise on their behalf for this, and I would recommend you discuss the matter with Royal Mail if you would like to escalate it further.
