If only i could give a ZERO. for all of you out there who have placed an order and not received it or no refund. Please do not despair... I have just received my money back after 30 months of correspondence contacting trading standards and decuisine - it seems that the Decuisine email on their website is working (makes a change) or alternatively Trading Standards had yet again contacted them on my behalf after having promised to send a refund for 18 months!

Great company to deal with keep you informed all the way along the order process. If you have need to speak to them very helpful, friendly staff. My tiles arrived Monday this week 31/10 2 packets were broken in transit when I called to advise the telesales person apologised straight away for the inconvenience and send he would replace them straight away - low and behold received an email wihtin inminutes advising the order was being dealt with - Tuesday received call from delivery company - today Wednesday 2/11 replacement tiles have just been delivered. WOW! THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE..... Keep it up Better Bathrooms..... Thank you it has made the ordering process so much easier.
