Excellent company to deal with online (can't comment yet as to whether they 'abuse' online contact data as another reviewer has stated but will post again if they do as I object to that).
Found one item online, a man's shirt, that I wanted to purchase and did so. It was satisfactory and delivered on time - so far so good. BUT I paid the amount due immediately and did not want any ongoing credit account and I did not want any further stream of uninvited sales emails. Ending the 'relationship' with Premier Man has been a nightmare. Their 'unsubscribe' facility simply fails to operate and though they have eventually responded to my requests to stop the sales emails and close the account - BOTH SALES EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS ABOUT MY ACCOUNT (WHICH HAS A ZERO BALANCE AND HAS DONE SINCE I IMMEDIATELY PAID OFF THE CHARGES OF THE ONE PURCHASE) CONTINUE TO ARRIVE. DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!

Ordered a new rotary linen line after researching on the internet and finally found the right size (40 metres - all we could fit in) of an apparently high quality material, ease of using, stability and price. It was delivered within two days and, now erected, it is an even better quality than we were expecting. Great service - restores any lost faith in internet purchasing.
Mytuxedo just gone up again in my estimation. They obviously read my review and do take seriously any complaints - especially justified ones - and have already 'phoned me to apologise and to put right the matter. Quite exceptional service. My point has been taken on board and they have offered to replace the tux with a new one (with no black label stitched on it!). Hopefully the small marks (pin prick holes) on the sleeve will disappear and, as I bought it to wear this weekend, I will keep it. FIVE STAR rating for the Mytuxedo service overall!
Excellent delivery service and white tux exactly what I wanted - but why did some fool in the company stitch an unnecessary jet black 'Black & White' advertising label on the front of (obviously white) sleeve with the knot on the retaining stitches on both sides of the label BETWEEN the lining and the outer material? Even with the most delicate handling the black cotton cannot be removed through the sleeve (and obviously not through the lining) without leaving evident marks on the outside - ON A WHITE SLEEVE! Dumb or what? The cotton, with a knot in each piece remains inside between the the lining and the outer sleeve material.
