We are currently 15 days into a 5-10 day waiting time for a playhouse. Supposedly this was to be delayed by upto another 5 days, you guessed it- we are on day 5 of that and still no idea of delivery!
Despite many calls over the period of a week there is still no timeframe or explanation. When I called them prior to ordering I was promised that there would be no delays and that all was well. DUPED!!!!
We are now apparently waiting for a door to a playhouse, this is the door that we were told is all built on site and hand made to order- so why do they tell me that they are waiting for it to arrive? From where exactly?
So I now when I enquire about my options and if I wanted to ask for a refund, and how long this would take- I'm told up to the magical 5 days again! They process a payment instantly though!
Incredibly frustrating company with no idea of progressing a complaint. NOT HAPPY!!!!
