We booked a few nights in a hotel in Florida.... then found out lastminute.com had booked us the most basic room when had through their site booked the most expensive!.... So after speaking to the hotel owners to confirm this we phoned lastminute.com..... It took many calls, over three hours of my and my girlfriends time (much of that on hold) to get a refund (minus the credit card fee - which I have to pay). They promised a compensation voucher which unsurprisingly never came through!. Re-booked through Expedia all good so far.... will see if the hotel exists next week?
Good range of products and helpful staff. Website needs some tweaks... out of stock items need to be more obvious (so many out of stock.... option to remove them when searching??). Also price ordering isnt working with some more expensive items coming before the cheapest ones....?
