Over the past few years I've been using this company for quite a bit of music equipment and I have to say I could not be happier. The true test of a retailer is not how well they sell you something, but how well they sort out any problems you may have, and I can honestly say that recently, on two occasions I had problems with some equipment I'd bought from them, it was not their fault in any way, sealed boxes from the manufacturer that turned out to have faulty products inside. Gear4music were so helpful, so professional, they keep you updated with progress and all of this is on top of the fact they sell high quality product at the best prices. Anyone having a bad experience with this company must be either unreasonable or stupid. I could not be more happy, and I would always use them as my first option, even if their price was a little higher (highly unlikely I know). A refreshing approach to customer service not maintained by many others these days. David Haydon
