The first blind delivered was simply the wrong size and type - called the company and was told I had to send them an email to report the problem, whoever answered the phone would not do it for me. Waited quite a while for the correct blind to be delivered and the product is good. Still have the wrong blind in the hallway - no one has collected it and I am not rushing around to fix blinds4uk's problem!
