Excellent service and the most helpful staff EVER
Having just sanded some original oak floorboards in our newly purchased 300 year old cottage I had no idea what to put on them - Tim at Wood Finishes Direct was quite possibly THE most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble, or too stupid to answer!!! I have ordered three samples (which arrived super quick and tracked all the way) and am just deciding on which of them I prefe before placing my order. The prices are the lowest I could find as well although to be honest even if they were slightly more expensive I would use this company again as the service and staff are BRILLIANT!!!

I ordered some lenses online, due to a fault with their website I was charged twice (despite ringing them and being reassured this wouldn't happen) Nearly two weeks and numerous phone calls later the refund has still not reached my account. I have now gone overdrawn with my bank and will incur charges. Thanks a lot - I will not be using this company again.

Best price I could find online for my dogs's Burns complete 15kg and Penlan pouches. Only £1 extra on the delivery charge for next day delivery. Came well packaged with no damage to the contents. Highly recommended, thank you.
