My parcel was still showing as "collection requested" two days after dropping it into my local store. Adam on "Live Chat" was very helpful sending a link directly to the couriers' website which showed that it had in fact been collected on time and he was very apologetic that the P2G webpage hadn't been updated to reflect this, I liked the fact he then escalated this to IT to investigate.
On a separate note, I am concerned with the negative reviews of hermes couriers, which consistently seem to show that they are damaging and smashing parcels. My last customer said that her received package was in very bad shape and that the lamp had been damaged. I always package my parcels immaculately and almost bombproof, so clearly they are not handling them with any care at all.
