I wanted to place my second order on line only to find it was not working. I rang up asking if there was a problem with their website, to be told no but put through to the person dealing with website queries to then leave a voice mail. Rang back a couple of hours later to be told the gentleman would only be able to ring me at around 3pm, and I explained that I'd be out and that I needed to order my cat food that day. I therefore ended up having to order it there and then over the phone after all the messing about.
