Marks Electrical simply has the greatest service I have experienced whilst shopping online.
I moved delivery dates and times to allow building works to be finished at home, and it was not an issue in the slightest.
My new cooker looks amazing and was over £100 cheaper, even after delivery and removal of our old appliance!
Will definitely be using again.
Despite the various 1 star reviews, I purchased a kitchen sink and monoblock tap unit.
Within minutes I received an automated email explain the one of the "in stock" items were not available for 3 weeks, so I cancelled the sink from the order and waited for the tap. 5 days later it arrived (Next Day delivery evidently has a different meaning to TapsUK!). 8 emails and 4 phone calls (at £1.50 a minute) and I am still owed a refund of over £130. No-one will call you back, it's like chasing a ghost.
I wouldn't use this company again if my life depended on it, my worst online experience of online shopping in over 15 years of buying online!!
