My item was lost in the post and no refund was given. They have told me that they are trying to contact the Post Office but it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it and have no item and no refund.
When this has happened in the past, most retailers will give a refund until the situation is resolved. Right now they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
They have now sent this through again and we have received it.. Shame that it took a Truspilot review to make it happen, but at least it did, so have upped the review score.
The sofa we ordered ended up not being in stock, but Frances Frances Hunt did everything they could to get me a replacement one (same sofa different colour) asap, and it was much appreciated.
Delivery was easily sorted, on time and quick.
