Could not have asked for more. Found a washing machine for a very competitive price. Easy to use website, simple and quick delivery date selection. Given a 2 hour time slot the day before and arrived on time and undamaged. Perfect!

Before you try using tacklepets you may want to consider waiting for the tooth fairy to bring you your item instead, the latter is more likely to be sucessful. Oh and dont bother e mailing them, your more likely to find ET hiding in your dishwasher than get a reply. Two words.....trading standards. Thank god for paypal.

Tried but fell well short

Put my order in on the monday morning with no problems, awaited my delivery eagerly, received a ponecall on the afteroon of the wednesday saying there was no stock and they could not get me one for another 5 days. Cancelled my order and had to go to the high street ad pay considerably more as i had run out whilst waiting. Couldnt beleive it took 3 working days to work they had no stock and tell me. E mailed to complain but they never bothered replying.
