Ordered trim and door thresh on 24 hr delivery. Didn't arrive and on 3rd day I phoned to find thresh out of stock so this was delaying order. I'd rather have been kept informed of this fact as I would have cancelled thresh to receive trim immediately.
Very good customer service apart from this. Excellent at sorting out problems - well at least when the problem was caused by them they were very good indeed.
I will definately use them again if I need more trim as their prices are so keen and delivery quick and cheap.
24 hr delivery between 7AM and 7PM. No show. Email from UPS to state "no one at that address".
Phoned central number as you cannot phone local depot. After 25mins on hold & after many menus and the speech entered package number system I was cut off. Phoned back and got through to state a message would be passed to local depot. The call centre staff did not sound happy in their work at all. Can I have phone number for local depot where my parcel is? No, I was told as they don't have phones that can accept incoming calls - What's that smell is it BS?! Local depot phoned and were very apologetic and explained that the driver had entered the wrong reason in error on route and simply didn't have time to deliver. That no attempt to deliver had been made. Next day 7AM to 7PM delivery. Arrived at 18:50. Driver in good humour and stated that it's been back and forth to depot 4 times on 4 different vans with no attempt to deliver it.
Wrong goods delivered (not UPS error) so arranged collection via sender.
UPS collection service couldn't offer a receipt! WTF???? Driver was unsure of the customer number system for the parcel.
This is not the first time I have had UPS deliver to me. Every time it has been a bad experience and every other time it ended up with me travelling to pick up from depot. Not this time though as they wouldn't give out depot location.
If you want to be supplied with tiles for a job consisting of more than one batch so they don't match, shop here. 2 boxes out of 16 ordered a different batch. What the hell can you do with that? If it was enough to do a wall I might have had a chance but throw me a bone will ya.
I don't expect to have to tell them to send only one batch of tiles, it's their business afterall.
Their T+C state : 27. Where a significant area is to be tiled, it is the responsibility of the Tiler or Tradesperson to use where possible, goods from a variety of separate boxes to ensure that any batch, colour, shading and quality variances are minimised.
I don't consider 18m2 to be significant.

I've been tiling for 30 years and have never come across a company that thinks this is OK.
Sir, your brand new Mercedes is ready. We had to paint one door with a different batch of paint. I hope that is O.K. You can, after all, hardly tell - Well it isn't OK! My dog can tell and he's colour blind!
Order and delivery all smooth. A lot of automatic contact to keep you informed of progress of order. Delivery was OK though there were problems unrelated to Better Bathrooms. Delivery company had a fire and items had smoke damage to boxes. Delivery company forgot one pallot which was delivered next day. Overall good experience. I have not had the need to return anything though, so can't comment on aftersales service
Used Tyre-Shopper for sourcing and pricing 205/40 ZR17 84Y tyres through Quidco to get 4% discount. Tyre-shopper decided to only give 2% discount. I have complained to Quidco about this. This Quidco anomaly is not a deciding factor though as I would use them again as all went smoothly.
