I have used Amazon on numerous occassions and always received excellent customer service.
Even when something has gone awrey they resolve things in an efficient yet caring manner and pull out every stop to make things happen.
Amazon is truly 5 * in my view!

Totally Unsatisfactory
As a first time customer I ordered one item on a next day delivery basis on 19th October ...... I am still waiting!
I was informed that the courier had the item on 21st October and first the Courier claimed they could not access the house (its on the main road and has a wide driveway easily accessed by all other couriers) which was then changed to the house could not be found - there are only a handful of properties with the same postcode all next to each other, then it was changed that the courier would contact me directly to arrange delivery - that was over a week ago and surprise, surprise that did not happen. I have paid on the 19/1 for my item and also paid for delivery - yet ISME is doing nothing to get my item delivered to me!!! ! will not be recommending ISME to family, friends, colleagues - in fact quite the opposite. ISME you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
