Superb customer service.

I ordered a Philips cinema 21:9 TV and an AV stand, however, the TV had gone out of stock and in light of a replacement model around
the corner, the terrific price on offer looked to be slipping away. The stand also had it's problems as the supplier advised that it could not be supplied until the new year!. A quick change of selection to Alphason remedied the situation there. Philips and it's distributors could not source a model and i was offered a display model at a generous discount. There were a couple of delays with the couriers but I was kept informed at all times by Penny in customer service who arranged the credit for the change of stand and the discount for the TV and could not have been more helpful. 10 out of 10. I have shopped at Audio Affair before and will again. Any questions ring customer service and ask for Penny.
