I received a faulty wig, put it straight back in the post with a note explaining the problem. A few days later I received a phone call asking me to confirm if I wanted a refund or replacement (it was quite close to Halloween so I suppose they may have thought I needed it for a party that may have already happened) I asked for a replacement and 2 days layer it arrived. The woman who phoned me was pleasant and helpful. I cannot fault their customer service.
I have used Chemist direct for some time now and I have never had any problems. My orders are always delivered within one or two days. Excellent service.
