Poor Customer service
Still awaiting a reply as to why the Bullguard system I have bought does not appear to work! No one in Bullgurard seems interested im their customers' concerns - well mine anyway!

Both are available 24/7, but our response time may differ by the type of support you need. Technical issues are resolved within one hour, while payment/account issues have a 24 hour response time.
