Disappointed

Have used Christmas Connections for corporate christmas card for 3 years now but this year have been very disappointed with the final product.

I had trouble in acquiring a sample and unwisely proceeded based on the online and brochure example. The colour of the card turned out to be nothing at all like that advertised and is totally unsuitable. I would never have selected it and am not sure that we will be able to use the £500 worth of cards which have been delivered.

I did telephone to discuss but was told that there was nothing that could be done about it and that the colours online and in the brochure were not to be relied on. In my view the colours are completely different with the advertised version being burgundy and the final product being bright red.

Sadly, I am very disappointed.
