poor service

I use another review site for most of my purchases but thought i'd give trustpilot a chance as the company i wanted to review was not listed. After having problems trying to register I finally got to it and then found pages which are not even in english. After looking at reviews for your site it really does seem you need to improve your service and look after your visitors and companies better.

I will add a description of how you add a company that is not listed to our FAQ right away.

Our website is in many languages, but you can also experience that, for instance, German users write reviews at the English websites.

When it comes to assessing the reviews, we always stay objective. We are not biased towards the companies' nor the users' interests.
