The Order turned up faulty,print quality very poor,Orbit sorted out asap,second canvas arrived broken as the packaging was to small and tight which meant if it was knocked/dropped the canvas inside would be damaged,which it was,a broken frame.So,third time lucky and getting a little stressed now as this a canvas for a bride and groom who were due to collect it in 4 days time.Third canvas arrived in perfect condition which was only by pure luck as the box was the same as the last damaged one.I had told Orbit about the wrong packaging which they said they would sort out but did`nt, the original box was bigger with a lot of packing inside which was perfect,so why didn`t the other 2 come the same way?
A little concerned about all this as I have been using Orbit for years with no problems at all,and still have orders from my Brides &Grooms for future canvas`s (i`m a wedding photographer) and I cannot live with the fear of poor quality or damaged item with every box that arrives at my door.
The guys were helpful but I felt like this wasn`t as important to them as it is to me and my business.I really hope this was just a run of bad luck from both the printing department and the packaging department.
After all the problems it would have been nice for Orbit to have called me to see if everything was ok or at the very least an email,instead,all I got was this email about feedback.
As always the team were friendly and helpful,the lens was dispatched straight away and the service they provide is fantastic.Highly recommended.
