I am a fairly frequent user of Amazon...

I am a fairly frequent user of Amazon and cannot think of a bad experience. Only one missing parcel out of many and that was replaced by return when Amazon were aware of the situation.

Booked a collection day, parcel collected, parcel delivered, 'nough said

I cannot fault the service offered, admittedly on only one
parcel, it does just as it says on the tin!!
It was an important parcel and it was collected and delivered as agreed.
I would certainly use the company again as necessary
