disgusting

you dilivered my parcel and everything was broken 1 teapot survived 6 was broken they were collectors pieces and they were packed right and i packed them fragile was written on them in more tnan one place and i am DISGUSTED

I am sorry to hear DHL damaged your parcel that went to the USA. Unfortunately you never contacted us to let us know this had happened. We could have claimed from DHL for the damaged item. If we don't know we can't help.
