Over a week after I placed my order this company called to advise me the item was no longer available. They advised they would refund my card & confirm this by email. Had to wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get the refund. Had to chase the refund twice & was about to start proceedings through credit card company to get money back before refund was eventually made. I never did get any refund confimation email. Avoid.

Excellent customer service & comms

After being let down by 2 other suppliers, I phoned this company to check on stock. They were easy to contact by phone (always a plus) - the customer service representative was extremely polite & professional, advising me they did not have stock but he would be happy to check stock with their supplier & call back. 2 minutes later he called back to advise they could get stock in a couple of days so I placed my order over the phone. I received e-mail confirmation of the order straight away, then e-mail confirmation of shipment the day they said they would get stock in from their supplier. Delivery duly arrived the next day after a text from DPD giving me a 1-hour delivery slot that enabled me to slightly alter my plans and be in for the driver. Can't be faulted. Highly recommended.

Shockingly bad

Had to chase order when it had not arrived 10 days after ordering. Was advised it had been shipped & would be with me in a couple of days. Another week later it had still not arrived so chased again & was advised it was out of stock with no lead time available. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Had to wait another 3 weeks to get the refund. Chased the refund several times & was told on one occasion only one person could authorise a refund & they were on holiday! I finally started proceedings through credit card company to get money back before refund was eventually made before the credit card company had to contact them. Avoid.

Very good comms, very polite, very efficient

Ordered shrubs online and was contacted the next working day to advise there would be a slight delay in delivery due to nursery growing cycles. Caller was very polite and efficient. A couple of weeks later the same member of staff called to advise the stock was in & would be shipped that day. Payment was not taken until shipment was made. Items arrived shortly afterwards very well packed. Recommended.


Excellent service & advice

Very good website made choosing the correct turf easy. Excellent comms after ordering and excellent product quality. The turf has taken extremely well and is already very lush & well established only 4 weeks after laying. Excellent advisory emails followed the delivery with information on how to lay and when to make the first cut. Recommended.
