Prompt and efficient service
Having never used them before I was apprehensive. But after changing a large ammount into dollars I can only praise them. Process was easy and well supported. The exchange rate was the best I could get. An added bonus was even though the transaction was after the noon deadline it was still delivered at 8:00am the next day. WOW!!!

not the best service
It appears the item I ordered on the internet was not stocked, only bought when ordered. Well, their supplier failed to deliver to them and they failed to advise me. Not a very professional way to work. All OK when it eventually arrived, but not how I expect internet purchases to proceed.
