Poor information and wrong stock details

The items displayed for certain items such as tiles is inconsistent and often wrong with sizes and use of tiles being incorrect.

Stock information online is very inaccurate and their reservation system does not reserve stock.

Staff in store confirmed their systems are woeful.


Keep sending me spam

Since becoming part of BT this company's service has deteriorated and they have consistently sent me spam for months.

Employ a competent online marketing executive and stop annoying your existing customer base.


Incompetent support

Orange failed to connect my broadband for 2 months claiming the fault was with BT and subsequent technical faults were dealt with buy an incompetent call centre in India.

Issues were finally resolved when I emailed their directors main account and the issue was resolved the same day.


Orange are loosing thousands of customers every year and I understand why.

They continued to bill me 3 months after I had moved to another provider.

Utter incompetence.


Utter incompetence

Ordered a bathroom suite including an 'L' shape bath which was delivered with the wrong handing, I emailed their customer services within 15 minutes (as their is no published telephone number - see below) and only received a reply 48 hours saying they would look into it. 8 days later I had not received a reply having sent numerous emails asking for an update - I only received a reply when I raised a complaint with the SafeBuy Mediation service who FORCED plumbworld to resolve my querie.
