The company (go projectors rang before delivery to make me aware of issues with the Product I had ordered, on their advice I changed the order to a more expensive model at no extra charge. I recieved the new order promptly, a Viewsonic pro 8200. Unfortunately the projector was DOA, no lamp output. I rang go projectors and they put me in touch with the manufacturer and they are replacing the projector as a direct exchange.
I am awaiting details.
In summary I was pleased with the customer service from go projectors but dissappointed with the outcome, maybe I was just unlucky!!. I await the new projector. Time will tell.
