I purchased this item because i had used this company before and they are very competitive and the delivery was very quick.
On this occasion i ordered the item , 8 days latter they sent a email to say they where "out of stock, what i would i like to do "
I replied to refund aspa . 2 days later had no reply , no refund via paypal, so i had to open a case to get my refund.
No reply to emails , no apologies , Narda.
Also this company must the only one on the internet that does not accept credit cards, which make it a difficult process.
when they get right they do a good job, but when they get it wrong there awful.
Will not use again now.
Waited 2 weeks had not received my order tried to phone and the line was disconnected, emailed and had no reply, having to make a claim from credit card company to get my money back.
Bunch of crooks avoid like the plague.
