LOVE this company!

We have a regular order - supposed to be 4 times per year, but we find we don't need that much. Laithwaites have happily amended to twice a year. They have unbeatable customer service - it seems they'll happily do anything you want!!! and the people on the end of the phone are pleasant extremely helpful if you ring to make any changes.

Wish they'd sort out attached Little Chefs:-(

Old burned fat is not a smell I could recommend - several Little Chefs we've visited have smelled, so we don't tend to use Travelodge any more

Preferred Safeway before the take over:-(

Have become more expensive - only now use them for the couple of odd items I can't find elsewhere

Reliable and good value

usually shop online with M&S as nearest branch over 20 miles away. Service prompt and clothing good value

excellent value for money

use our local Aldi several times a week. Fruit & veg invariably fresh and excellent value for money. Other items also cheaper than anywhere else - though don't like all their own-brand stuff.

Always do my online grocery shopping with Tesco

Reliable, and very quick to refund if/when there are problems (not often!)

reliable, good value for money

never had a bad experience with Argos online!

fantastic tool

use google all the time - fantastic tool

Always excellent delivery speeds and very helpful on rare occasions when there's a problem. Use them a lot!

The Happy Puzzle Company

Easy ordering, good value, good service.

Saw an ad in national paper for clock puzzle (construct your own working clock) and though would make ideal Christmas present for our grandson. Had seen the ad before, but this time was on offer, and very good value. Happened to be staying with the family and grandson's parents agreed that it'd be a good idea, so ordered online the minute we got home! Ordering process was really straightforward, with instant acknowledgement/order ref etc. Goods arrived safely 10 days later (would be my only small quibble - this seems rather long, these days, but since for Christmas and ordered in May, - not really a problem!) Now can't wait to "help" grandson build his own clock! He'll be four-and-a-half by Christmas and will have completed his first term at school - is already learning to tell the time. Accompanying catalogue has some interesting-looking puzzles for future gifts too!

Climbing Frames UK

Very good

Bought this for my grandsons and so I quote from my son, to whom it was delivered, after minor hitches in communication, and who put it together:-

"All present and correct - quite a few spare bits of hardware too. Pretty straightforward to follow instructions but you definitely have to follow them! Would be helpful to distinguish more clearly between pieces that are very similar - there were a couple of times I had to swap pieces back out!

Only one thing missing from the instructions, but easy enough to work out myself!

And, for the record, you don't need three people to build it (but my back would probably hurt a whole lot less, and prob be a little quicker... But I don't like to share my flatpack)!
