it took over two months to get a refund, very worrying when they had over £400 of my money

good service but I don't like it when these firms charge excessive postage

We think we can safely claim to be in line with most of the competition most of the time. We absorb costs wherever we can and keep the P&P charges as low as we possible can at all times. In addition there are no "hidden" charges, P&P is advised at the basket stage before the sale is completed and can be checked throughout the purchasing process so that our customers can make an informed choice.
