I ordered a pair of UGG boots for my daughters birthday and paid for 'next day delivery'. I waited in all day and they never arrived.
I phoned Yogoego the next day who said 'they had courier problems' (would of been nice to of let the customer know) and 'they would be delivered next day'. Again, waited in all day and nothing arrived. I phoned UPS who was meant to deliver the item to be told they 'cannot locate the parcel'.
I phoned Yogoego again and they said they would 'refund my money' but that was 9 days ago and still no refund. I have now put a PayPal dispute in.
This company does not understand Customer Service and they lie. They don't respond to emails that you have sent them. The only way I got a response from an email was when I phoned them and said 'nobody has bothered to respond to any of my emails' and when I checked about an hour after the conversation they finally responded.
My advice is to avoid Yogoego as you probably won't get your order or a refund! I will fight this all the way.
