Ordered a so called in stock item 20/11/12 it's now 21/12/12 and still not received it, but they were happy to take my money. I even received an email by mistake intended to go to someone else, complaining that they too were having problems with not receiving orders. I was told that when it came in stock my order would be upgraded to next day delivery, I was also told that it was to be despatched last night both turned out to be lies. They say now it has been despatched today, but not next day but I should receive it monday. Pathetic. One thing for sure, I will never use these again.
I have since had a call apologising for the confusion and that they have upgraded my delivery and should receive it tomorrow, also explaining the whole problem to be from Yamaha . I therefore upgrade from 1 to 2 stars

We're sorry for the delay which has been caused by stock shortages and delays on deliveries to all Yamaha UK dealers of the YAS-101. Unfortunately Yamaha have moved the delivery date back to all dealers several times in the last month. We did inform you of the delay shortly after order and we sent out a backorder update email every Tuesday with the estimated delivery times given to us by our supplier.
You were originally upgraded to a free of charge next working day delivery, as opposed to the 3-5 day option original purchased. The confusion arose due to a next working day delivery being misunderstood as a saturday delivery if despatched on a Friday. We are sorry for this confusion and the delay. As a guesture of goodwill for the delay we have upgraded you to a free of charge Saturday delivery which would normally cost £25.
