I ordered a watch last Sunday in plenty of time for my husbands birthday on the Tuesday, and 7 days later, I'm still waiting for it. When I contacted The Watch Giant, they informed me that the watch was out of stock and that I should have had an e-mail to inform me of this situation. No e-mail was sent to me. Had I been informed about the watch being out of stock, I would have ordered it elsewhere in time for hubby's birthday. To say I am disappointed with the service I have received so far is putting it mildly.
