On 27th August 2012 I bought a clock from Barker & Stonehouse which has never arrived. Really disappointed as it was a gift.
I did email and I did get a promising email back. "...I am unsure why you have as yet not received this. I have sent your order details through to our warehouse and they are looking into this now for me and will hopefully get this out to you very soon."
Now 2 more weeks later and sadly no email update or clock has been received. Really disappointed. Sorry to give 1 star. Happy to give a better review if I get the clock soon!
The experience was good as the prices were reasonable and there was an excellent range. Plus, in the end they were able to deliver my fathers 70th birthday present next day Saturday when the order was put in at 4pm on a Friday. After saying it was too late
