Having missed a delivery a couple of days ago I went on-line and rearrange a delivery for today. I received an e-mail confirming the date of the redelivery. It is now 20:00hrs and I still don't have my package. I have just been on the DPD website and used their tracking service. This is telling me that the package has been sent back to the company that sent the item out to me.
This is not the first time I have had problems with this delivery company and, where given the option, I will always pay to use another delivery company.

I'm sorry you have had these issues. Please be assured that I have passed your details on to our customer services team, and asked them to respond via email using the address that was supplied to us by the sender of the parcel.
