I requested a quote through Insureango's website while on night shift, my intention was to discuss the quote with my wife whenn I finished my shifts and probably go ahead with the policy....then the phone calls started... first it was one missed call....then a "courtesy call" voicemail from Sarah...then just a string of missed calls.
I apprecciate it is a competative market and these "courtesy calls" are probably a useful sales technique. However there comes a point when helpful becomes harrassment.
Insureandgo seem like the sort of company that emloys an office full of twentysomethings who "helpfully" call and gently steer you into buying a policy, but when it comes to claiming you end up talking to a bloke in a shed in Nepal!
Very happy with the service, the bed we ordered was a Limelight Bianca. It was competitively priced with free delivery and the customer service and communication was excellent. I spoke with a member of staff regarding delivery and they could not have been more helpful. Delivery was dead on time, the driver was friendly and polite and the bed itself is well made with easy to follow assembly instructions.

I used Blackcircles because they offered the best internet price with a convenient location for fitting. I chose Johnsons in Watford. They were very professional and friendly. At my request they brought forward the day of fitting at short notice and made me a cup of tea while I waited. Overall just what you want, decent customer service.
