Unfortuately I did not have a good experience because on 3 occasions I was sent the wrong item. In the final analysis, it materialized that the item that I had ordered from the website did not actually exist and was not available, although nobody realised this !!!!!! However, I have to say that the customer care that I received was excellent.They were extremely apologetic for their error and the following confusion, and without my suggestion, they refunded my money immediately. Maybe I was unlucky, I hope so, because they do have a lot of good items available.
I am very happy to recommend 'Garden4 less', their prices are good and their service is 1st class. Delivery was so speedy that I couldn't believe it. I ordered seeds online late afternoon and the next morning they arrived and whatsmore - they were planted that afternoon - 24 hours after I placed the order !!!!!!!!!!!!
I was so pleasantly surprised with both the price and the first class service that I had when buying my new fridge/freezer. I prefered to order over the 'phone rather than online, as I had some questions that I wanted answered. The gentleman that I dealt with was most helpful and the whole ordering process was completed very efficiently. Delivery was arranged and took place without any difficulty. I took out the extended warranty, but it did take a few 'phone calls for the documents to arrive. These are now with me, so I would say that I am a happy customer and that I would recommend 'mychoice.co.uk'
