I bought some Muck Boots for myself October from Easy-Wellies and as they were so good I decided to buy a pair of Muck Boots for my husband for Xmas. He loves them and feels the same as I do, We wouldn't wear any other types of wellies/boots now as they are really good and so comfortable. The service from Easy-Wellies was top class and arrived extremely fast.It was packaged really well and we really couldn't fault it in any way.
I purchased a cooking extractor from this company, I received an email from them stating the item would be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday, thinking this odd i called the number given for the delivery service and was on hold for 50 mins before I gave up, stayed in all day BH monday no delivery, called tuesday spoke to William who advised monday was an error but it would be delivered tusday, called again on wednesday spoke to william who now said an error at distribution ment delivery now thursday, Promised to provide tracking number which was never given, said he would look into refunding delivery charge and discuss with his mgr and let me know, never replied which I take as a no then !. Wasted three days leave over a cooker hood !. A one off or a trend?. Thought a refund of postage for the trouble caused was not an unreasonable request.
