I recently completed my second order with this company. I had left it really late to order a gift for my son, and then messed up the paypal transaction (my fault) so the order hadn't gone through. I explained the situation and they rushed the order through specially for me. I have previously phoned just for advice on which item to buy and the really friendly guys (all men?) there were very keen to help.
I tried a few companies, but feel lucky that I eventually got Danny. He was really friendly and reassuring, and he responded to my emergency wasp problem with speed even though it was Sunday. He dealt with a huge wasps nest with some unusually nasty wasps quickly and without fuss. He was careful not to disturb nearby nesting birds. All for just £45. I highly recommend him.
Swift delivery of item, but my fault - I had ordered the wrong one. I was prepared to pay for returning the item and buying the correct one from them but got very little interest from them. Mowdirect is slow to respond to customer issues and the cost of returning an item using their collection service is prohibitive: £25 as against £13 by Parcelforce. It will be cheaper to sell the item on ebay as brand new than to try to return it. I won't be buying from them again.
Excellent service. Delivery is free over a certain value of goods, which mine always are. Very reliable. Never had a problem with them. It is up to you as the purchaser to make sure the goods you buy are suitable for the special diet your pet needs - they do not provide help with that. I have used them many times.
