No frills reliability and value for money products
Quick response on orders and free delivery - at least on this occasion. That's very welcome as it was a relatively inexpensive purchase and postage costs can be a high percentage on such items. On the other hand, using Royal mail I think, no tracking info and it took 3 days. A more expensive item ordered from Andertons, also free delivery, arrived fully tracked from UPS within 24 hours. So Coda Music do really well but on this occasion Andertons did even better.

Good prices - dodgy spellings
Well you are perhaps an independEnt retailer not an independAnt one, but I have always been pleased with prices and speed of service. Plus the fact that you are quick and knowledgeable when answering telephone queries.

Better than most...
Speedy and helpful on the phone although they didn't get back to me on a pre-sale enquiry as quickly as I expected. The guitar arrived very promptly and even almost in tune. Truss road was a bit tight, so it was choking slightly around 15th fret. Not a problem for me to sort out but might have been for a beginner.
