Evans cycles Braehead- Real customer service you can trust.
I have visited Evans cycles at Braehead on several occassions over the last 4 weeks and received superb service every time.
A particular big thanks to Robin Dunn, Craig G and Scott who all offered impartial, solid and superb advice.
As a result my wife and I have both bought a Scott Contesa and Jamis Xenith having secured discounts on 2012 models and discounts on accessories.
Well done guys and thanks to the Manager who gave the ok.
Remember a satisfied customer will return to service bike and purchase in the future.

Great company, does what it says!
I use Play.com regularly for my entertainment items and get great service , fast delivery and good prices.
Again the free delivery is generally comparable with a paid service and some specials they put on are great value.
Keep up the great work and I will keep coming back!

Poor customer relations!
I used Thomas Cook for a recent weekend away and reported back how disappointing our stay at the Inverary Hotel was.
Met with indifference and excuses that their "partner" ie booking company was the company responsible for the hotel. Pointed out my contract was with Thomas Cook as the initial point of contact and delivered official complaint in writing which was passed on and although the "partner" did not deal with the public I got an apology and voucher from them. Wake up Thomas Cook the customers will walk if you cannot do better!!

Amazon stands head and shoulders above many rivals!
I use Amazon regularly. They offer great choice, value and importantly the back up of great customer care.
I always use their free delivery option when available as it usually arrives within the same time as the paid option.
In particular the customer care I received when my son's Kindle became faulty was absolutey superb- and believe me I am hard to impress.
Tyre Shopper
Tyried and tested!
Looking for premium tyres because I feel I need the reassurance of quality in all weather conditions. Settled on either Bridgestone or Continentals which I currently have on 2 wheels. I always read reviews and see how tyres perform and of course looking for best value for money.
Both Bridgestone and continental were well rated but tipped in favour for Bridgestones as Tyre shopper was offering tyre replacement guarantee with the Bridgestones at no extra cost- which I feel is very worthwhile.
If fitting goes according to plan tomorrow I would have no hesitation in using Tyre shopper for all our future needs for both our cars.
