Tracking system is useless.
I have used them twice, only because I assumed the first time was a glitch.
The second parcel is also not tracking.
They use anyone with a van to collect and deliver.
They are so unreliable as to be useless.

Ordered on a Wed. One week later - Site said and still says, "items are in stock"
I didn't receive an email saying not in stock or receive an answer to any emails sent.
They state "We inform you if items are out of stock" NO THEY DON'T
They state "We answer enquiries with 12 Hrs" NO THEY DON'T at all.
"Live help" is usually dead.

1. Item hadn't arrived after 6 days despite paying for 1st class post. Customer service then told me my order was out of stock and they would refund my payment. Then I got another email saying it had actually been shipped. Then I got yet another email syaing it was out of stock! I literally have no idea what's going on. Avoid at all costs..Even if their products are slighty cheaper, it's just not worth the hassle.
2. Order took a week to dispatch as one item was out of stock apparerntly, then when it arrived, this out of stock item was not included and they sent something completely unrelated instead. Emailed customer services who replied (same day) with an unhelpful reply about sending goods back that are faulty or unwanted. Sent the wrong items back for refund or correct items, never heard back from them since. Complete shambles.
3. Appalling. They advertised a product that they revealed 72 hours later was out of stock. They then took three weeks to despatch the item I ordered instead - and asked me to pay the difference. Stick to the pharmacy specialists, this crew run their pharmacy site simply as one of many shopping sites.
4. I bought from this company and had the items shipped to switzerland. I paid via paypal for the goods and the shipping. However, a few days after, I get an email, asking me for another £13.00 For shipping charges as the order exceeded the maximum weight limit and needed to be shipped by courier. I found that very odd, as their website should be able to realise that instead of them getting in contact with me afterwards. However, I then received my goods without a problem but also received an extra invoice for customs clearance for over £60.00. This is outrageous as I have not been notified at all that this is my responsibility. How do I know that there are custom charges???? the company replied to my complaint stating that this is a clause in their terms & conditions but they can not tell me when this clause was added...It looks to me as if the clause was added in a rush, as there are some typing mistakes and it is the last sentence on that section! it all seems a bit fishy to me and their customer service is just unbelievable. They told me that they will cover the costs and a few minutes later they wrote another email stating that they will not cover the costs and it was just a typing mistake!!!!! I would never ever buy from them again as it seems a bit of a shambles and I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone!
So Make your mind up if you really want this kind of very poor service.
