My wife ordered the Bean bag through Infurn/Groupon in November last year. Like so many others they have still not delivered and now we are getting no response to our emails. I would love to be able to speak to them, although I am guessing they know how useless they are by now.
Does anyone know the best way to get a refund from these guys? Has anyone got the delivery charge (what a joke) back from Infurn?
Although the bed arrived on time, it was missing some parts and also the matress protector ordered with it. Very difficult to get hold of anyone to point out the issues and get it resolved. It has now been a week and we are still waiting on the replacements
