Slick operation

We ordered the bath, the price was good and the delivery was free, so a bonus. We chose a delivery slot and it arrived then. It was in good condition without tons of packaging to dispose of. I got an email and txt alerting me to the 4 hour delivery slot. The only improvement I could suggest would be a call or txt on the day with a 'we will be with you in 30/60 mins.

Very sympathetic

Somehow I managed to book my ferry from France to UK, when it should have been the other way round. Luckily my wife spotted it and I rang aFerry with fear in my heart, expecting to have to pay £180 all over again! The girl who dealt with me set my mind at rest immediately. She was very nice and made me feel much better by saying it happened all the time. Anyway in two shakes of a lamb's tail she did it, and it only cost less that £20. Full marks to aFerry and its staff.


A good bargain

I ordered several items from this company - who are simply a web company that use local plumbers' merchants to supply the goods. This is great. I was very pleased with the service and particularly the prices. I found a cheaper price on the web for one item and they matched it after I sent them the link. I am very pleased with them and they are certainly cheaper than going straight to the local shop - even with my trade discount.
